Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; additional vocational/technical training a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Experience with inventory control, materials handling, or warehouse operations.
  • Forklift certified or ability to become certified.
  • Basic computer skills for tracking and reporting inventory data.
  • Must be able to lift 35 lbs, stand/walk throughout the day, and navigate stairs as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Process and move production materials into/out of storage, production areas, and other locations following standard work instructions.
  • Monitor work-in-process (WIP) to ensure production schedules are met.
  • Update automated inventory systems and perform manual reporting to track material availability.
  • Identify and resolve minor issues or discrepancies with parts and materials using established procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize and expedite production activities, preventing schedule delays.
  • Assist team members to ensure smooth material flow and task completion.
  • Operate a forklift and perform regular physical tasks including lifting up to 35 lbs, standing/walking, and using stairs.
  • Adhere strictly to safety and quality protocols.
