About The Position

APP is looking for a Material Handler to start working right away. They will train a person to assist with the transporting and handling of parts between operations and departments. APP is an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Company committed to the long-term growth of its organization and employees.

Requirements

Strong commitment to good attendance and being on time as it is critical to meet production needs.
Ability to work collaboratively.
Wear proper Personal Protection Equipment in work area at all time.
Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.
In compliance with ITAR regulations, must be a US Citizen or US Person.
English (reading, writing, and verbal comprehension).
Must be able to work overtime when required to meet operational deadlines.

Responsibilities

Work safe and maintain an organized, lean work environment.
Stock workstations with parts.
Load and unload parts into tumblers, carts, or etching baskets.
Maintain accurate part and/or work piece counts.
Assure quality and production requirements are met, as per the job-specific travelers.
Perform any other duties not mentioned above when instructed to do so by the department manager.
