Williams Form Engineering is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Material Handler to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, inventory control, material processing, and order fulfillment. Working Conditions: Working Conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment, including mechanical noise and fluctuating temperatures. Work involves frequent lifting of materials and product. Machinery operations require the use of safety equipment to include, but not limited to, eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats. Requirements

  • Minimum one year forklift experience required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted regularly
  • Familiarity with power tools
  • Experience operating a rebar bender
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to safe work practices
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Consistent punctuality and attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
  • Operate forklift to move and stage materials (1 year experience required)
  • Operate industrial band saw and rebar bender safely and accurately
  • Use power tools in accordance with safety standards
  • Pull, package, and prepare orders accurately
  • Maintain organized warehouse and yard areas
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
  • Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure
  • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
