This role supports daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods to meet customer and operational requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or material‑handling experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer or scanner skills for inventory transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift certification (sit‑down, stand‑up, or reach truck).
- Experience with WMS or ERP systems.
- Experience in a fast‑paced warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, move, and stack products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
- Transport materials to designated storage locations or production areas.
- Ensure proper handling procedures to prevent product damage.
- Assist with receiving inbound materials by verifying counts, inspecting condition, and documenting discrepancies.
- Prepare outbound shipments by staging, palletizing, labeling, and wrapping materials.
- Complete all required documentation accurately.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders according to pick lists or work orders.
- Perform cycle counts and report inventory variances.
- Maintain organized, clean, and accessible storage areas.
- Follow all company safety rules, OSHA standards, and equipment operating guidelines.
- Inspect forklifts and material-handling equipment daily before use.
- Report safety hazards, equipment defects, or incidents immediately.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Assist other team members and support cross-functional warehouse tasks as needed.
- Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
