This role supports daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods to meet customer and operational requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior warehouse or material‑handling experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
  • Basic computer or scanner skills for inventory transactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift certification (sit‑down, stand‑up, or reach truck).
  • Experience with WMS or ERP systems.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, move, and stack products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Transport materials to designated storage locations or production areas.
  • Ensure proper handling procedures to prevent product damage.
  • Assist with receiving inbound materials by verifying counts, inspecting condition, and documenting discrepancies.
  • Prepare outbound shipments by staging, palletizing, labeling, and wrapping materials.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately.
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders according to pick lists or work orders.
  • Perform cycle counts and report inventory variances.
  • Maintain organized, clean, and accessible storage areas.
  • Follow all company safety rules, OSHA standards, and equipment operating guidelines.
  • Inspect forklifts and material-handling equipment daily before use.
  • Report safety hazards, equipment defects, or incidents immediately.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Assist other team members and support cross-functional warehouse tasks as needed.
  • Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
