About The Position

This position involves the safe and efficient operation of equipment for the movement of packages, documents, and heavyweight goods. The role includes assisting in the buildup and breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight and serving as a liaison between the company and ULD repair vendors. The job requires physical stamina and the ability to work in various conditions while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance from the ground to chest level.
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment or assistance.
• Ability to walk and stand for designated work hours.
• Ability to bend and squat for designated work hours.
• Ability to maneuver packages above shoulder level.
• Ability to maneuver packages in enclosed spaces and stack packages above one's head if required.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions if required.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders if required.
• Ability to successfully complete all basic and re-currency training.
• Effective communication skills in a noisy operations environment.
