Schneider Electric is seeking dedicated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Material Handler Technicians for the 2nd Shift in Smyrna. This role involves essential warehouse functions such as sorting, picking, storing, and counting parts in preparation for assembly, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

  • Sort, pick, store, and count parts in preparation for assembly.
  • Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain quality standards.
  • Use inventory scanning system to scan items into and out of locations.
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Drive a forklift and operate various tools including manual, electric, and pneumatic tools.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Solid work record of safety, job performance, and attendance.
  • Experience using various tools including manual/electric/pneumatic tools, fork truck, jib crane, templates/fixtures, hand carts, and measuring devices.
