About the Company McKesson is a leading healthcare distribution company that supplies pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical supplies to various healthcare facilities including hospitals, pharmacies, physicians' offices, home care agencies, long-term care facilities, and surgical centers. The company serves more than 40,000 customers ranging from retail chains to independent pharmacies and healthcare facilities. Shift & Compensation: Shift Details: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, or until completion of tasks. Compensation: $20.92/hr.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 3+ years of related experience
  • Working knowledge of Material Handling processes
  • Experience in fast-paced distribution or warehouse environments
  • Strong reading and basic math skills for managing order documentation
  • Ability to work overtime (mandatory overtime typically occurs Monday-Wednesday)
  • Ability to lift 20-50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift without assistance
  • Must be able to bend, sit, stand, twist, and stoop for long periods
  • Walking up to 10 miles throughout a shift
  • Standing and engaging in repetitive movements throughout the entire shift
  • Ability to work with RF scanning equipment

Responsibilities

  • Performing physical tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing products
  • Unpacking and checking goods against purchase orders or invoices
  • Maintaining records of received goods and rejecting unsatisfactory items when necessary
  • Pulling and filling customer orders
  • Working with RF scanning equipment to maintain inventory records
  • Posting weights and shipping charges and preparing goods for final shipment
  • Potentially preparing kitting packages for assembly production
  • Operating power equipment including forklifts and other warehouse tools
