Requirements

• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience
• A minimum of 3 months of material handling experience is required for internals
• 6 months of experience with the Cherry Picker is required
• Other Power Equipment experience (Reach Truck and Walkie Rider is preferred)
• Knowledge of material handling functions preferred
• MS Office proficiency at a basic level
• Exposure to E1 and RF webpage is strongly preferred
• Basic math skills required
• Good communication skills with the ability to follow through on SOP’s
• Must be a positive change team member that demonstrates passion and commitment to the success of the team and individuals
• Good critical thinking skills with the ability to see the 'big picture' and be proactive
• Excellent organization and prioritization in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

• Ability to learn and/or perform various positions in the warehouse to company standards
• Ability to learn and perform outbound and inbound functions as required
• Ability to work various shifts based on staffing or DC business needs
• Ability to operate and/or learn to use power equipment and maintain certifications
• Other tasks may be assigned to improve and maintain the proper support of the DC
