About The Position

Ascentec Engineering is seeking a material handler. It's an exciting time to join a growing company that has a state-of-the art temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. Shift: Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. -- must have a valid drivers license to drive our box truck. This role is onsite (not remote/not hybrid) at our Tualatin headquarters and is not eligible for Visa sponsorship or transfer of Visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials into stock
• Pick materials and deliver to downstream & upstream, internal customers/departments
• Maintain accurate inventory levels
• Perform cycle counts and end of month inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records in a computer system
• Coordinate with other staff to meet deadlines in a fast paced, quick turn environment
• Final clean and packaging for a wide variety of products
• Prepare all shipping paperwork using EpiCor, UPS and FedEx websites
• Verify incoming shipments
• Arrange occasional LTL and same-day shipments
• Local pickup and delivery back-up
• Coordinate with other staff shipping deadlines in a fast-paced, quick-turn environment
