About The Position

Braber Equipment, sister company of BE Power Equipment, a well-established manufacturer, distributor and wholesaler of agricultural equipment and parts, is seeking a Material Handler to join the Braber Equipment Team! As a Material Handler you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials in and out of our warehouse. Your main duties will include receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials, picking and packing orders, and preparing them for shipment. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and organizing the warehouse to ensure smooth operations. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of forklift and material handling experience.
Experience with warehouse management systems including bar coding and RFID.
Ability to lift heavy objects and operate material handling equipment.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Working knowledge of trucks, trailers, and freight equipment.
Effective computer skills with ability to use basic software applications.
Knowledge of an ERP (Syspro experience is a plus).
You must be legally able to work in the USA.
You must be able to commute to the work location on a regular basis (Canby, OR).

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently using RF guns within a WMS.
Unload, access and classify return freight.
Loading outbound shipments onto carrier trucks.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Organize the warehouse to optimize space utilization.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
