MATERIAL HANDLER - PRODUCTION CONTROL -3rd SHIFT
About The Position
Essential Functions Pickup F/G parts from service Drop Zone for repack Verification of Part # on part to Model Indicators Pack service orders per standard work instruction. Apply box labels matching physical part in the box. Move components to home location upon receiving Pull build kits to support assy production plan. Manage FIFO of finished goods in the rack Assemble expendable inserts & boxes for packing. Daily 5S responsibilities Complete Daily Forklift check sheet and report any issues. Job Dimensions (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities or KSAs) Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills It will also be expected that this activity will require Kaizen activity to improve efficiency. Ability to quickly recognize problems. Work in a team environment Ability to focus on and notice even the smallest aspects of a task or situation, leading to thoroughness, accuracy and precision in work
