This position is responsible for the quality and quantity of sub-assemblies, ensuring that all products meet the required standards. The role involves continuous improvement in support of department and company goals, as well as supporting, participating in, and encouraging team building. The individual will provide feedback, both positive and negative, to the team, other related departments, and the supervisor, promoting a positive work environment. Adherence to all of Porter Corp's procedures and policies is essential, along with a focus on safety and efficiency. The position also requires a customer-focused approach and the ability to perform other duties as assigned.
