About The Position

Amentum is seeking a Material Handler (Material Control) for a position on Kauai, HI . Under minimum supervision, the individual will perform a variety of functions and tasks related to the Supply and Logistics Department at Pacific Missile Ranger Facilities (PMRF) and PMRF off-site locations, which include Makaha Ridge, Port Allen and Koke'e. RESPONSIBILITIES Utilize MAXIMO database to conduct tasks for all property accountability Perform property inventory control and warehouse functions In Accordance With (IAW) policies and procedures. Provide clerical and administrative tasks within the Supply and Logistics Department Conduct technical research on the procurement of assets. MILSTRIP data research and One Touch data inputs. Ability to navigate and retrieve information using FED LOG to support logistics and supply chain tasks. Prepare CDRL and other monthly reports IAW established formats, schedules, and deadlines. Performs all tasks IAW verbal and written instructions to the established standards. Assist in other areas of supply as required by cross utilization. In addition to the above, performs other tasks as directed by the supervisor and manager. Physical Elements: Must be able to work in inclement weather, including daily exposure to heat and sun glare. General office, outdoor and warehouse environment. PMRF Off-site travel to additional warehouse locations. Lifting: Over 50lbs Positions: Walking/Standing; Crawling & Kneeling; Repeated Stooping; Sitting Pushing/ Pulling: Over 50lbs Environmental: Customer Contact; Confined Work Area; Office Laboratory; Field Assignment; Inclement Weather

Requirements

Experience: One year of Logistic Supply and customer service background.
Inventory management and accountability.
Warehouse layout and storage planning
Storeroom management
Receipt of property
Material research
Experience in Microsoft Office.
Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently.
Must work well with co-workers and customers.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Security Clearance Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance.
Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Applicants selected either must currently possess a Secret clearance or will be subject to a US Government Security Investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain clearance prior to commencement of employment and maintain a security clearance for access to classified information or Closed/Restricted Areas throughout duration of employment.
