About The Position

Balanced Body is hiring! We are seeking an experienced production material handler to join our dynamic team. The general responsibilities are to ensure that materials are properly stocked and supplied to production lines along with general team support where and as needed. To be successful in the position you will be able to accurately and efficiently process a high volume of transactions, demonstrate great attention to detail and work well in a team environment. This is a fast-paced environment and excellent communication is needed to be successful. You will be working with other various production departments. You should be comfortable in a fluid environment where priorities could shift on occasion. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an industry leader that is strong, stable, growing, and environmentally sensitive.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of material handling experience
• Able to be certified in Forklift and Scissor Lift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal and social skills
• Detail oriented with effective organization and prioritization skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Able to adapt to changing needs and priorities
• Able to sit, stand, reach and carry as needed for a full shift (8-hours)
• Must be able to lift, carry up to a maximum of 40 lbs
• Must be self-motivated and have a positive, solution-seeking attitude
• Maintain a safe, secure and health environment by following standards and policies, and legal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials are properly stocked and supplied to production lines
• Transport finished products away from production line
• Remove waste materials
• Replenish raw materials and parts to production lines
• Receive inventory from other production lines or raw materials
• Maintain storage and overstock items
• Record scraps
• Maintain information in the computer system (NAV)
• Transfer items between departments
• Conduct cycle counts
• Other duties as needed.
