Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year experience in manufacturing or warehouse with shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• LEAN Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Kaizen, 5-S Knowledge preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
• Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and coordination to management.
• Manage a variety of records, electronic and paper. Generate reports.
• Communicate with a variety of sources including the customer via fax, email, paper, telephone and in person.
• Lead clerks, packers, material handlers and pickers, ensuring operations are running properly.
• Perform special projects as directed by supervisor and management staff.
