About The Position

The position involves verifying that items have been received correctly by matching product descriptions, quantities, packaging units, and expiration dates on the putaway document or RF device with the products received. Responsibilities include breaking down products into correct selling units, putting products into the correct stocking locations, noting discrepancies, and ensuring items with expiration dates are rotated accordingly. The role requires learning to utilize RF technology and handling damaged products appropriately. Additional duties include participating in special projects and performing other tasks as required, while adhering to company standards and policies.

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic warehousing operations preferred.
• Good reading, writing, math, and computer skills.
• Good communication (written/verbal) skills.
• Detail oriented and accountable for making accurate decisions under set guidelines.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, work under stress, and handle multiple assignments.
• Ability to read fine print and differentiate products with similar characteristics.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or comparable work experience.

Responsibilities

Benefits

• Hourly rate of $19.25 for this position.
• Increase of $1.25 for internal promotions.
• No change in hourly rate for lateral internal transfers.
