If you are interested in joining the team, we are hiring for Full-Time 1st and 3rd Shift positions in our Orangeburg SC Location. Successful candidates will be responsible for completing assigned tasks in a timely manner, ensuring goals for safety, quality and delivery are achieved on a daily basis. Assigned tasks may vary based on business needs. After 90 day introductory period, successful candidates will receive a pay increase and assignment to specific department/position. Under general supervision, handles and maintains flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines. Ensures that production has required components to maintain established workflow. Locates materials and expedites part shortages within the plant. Communicates all parts issues to group leaders and supervisors.

  • At least 1 year of continuous work experience with 1 employer in the last 2 years
  • Prefer 1 year or more of manufacturing experience
  • Ability to understand and follow written instructions for standard work, safety and quality
  • Effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
