Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Forklift experience required.
  • Ability to lift, push and/or pull, up to 50 lbs
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write (legibly) in the English language without assistance
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Must have working mathematical skills for adding, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to be respirator trained
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, adaptable and maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to clearly document required information
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as documented and trained
  • Ability to work overtime as required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with working in chemical manufacturing, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Glass (slides and cover glass) for trucks
  • Pick and pack deliveries
  • Coordinate physical inventories
  • Ability to learn and use present system
  • Prepare outgoing freight for shipping
  • Load and un-load outgoing and incoming freight.
  • Operate forklift
  • Operate powered pallet jacks
  • Operate order pickers
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
