About The Position

Evergreen Enterprises is a world leader in the wholesale distribution of fine home furnishings, home & garden décor, strategic licensed/sports products and fashion accessories. We help hundreds of vendors market and sell their products to retail establishments worldwide. Currently, we are seeking an experienced Material Handler II to join our Warehouse team.

Job Description/Duties:

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as a Cherry Picker and Reach truck
• Must have Cherry Picker and stand-up reach truck certification previously.
• Proven ability to safely operate lift truck
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. continually during work shift
• High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others and promote a safe work environment.
• Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records.
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner.
• Good communication skills.
• Team oriented thinking.
• Prompt and reliable attendance

Nice To Haves

• Basic computer skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Restock products based on daily needs
• Bulk-pick products from racking based on daily picking tickets
• Unload containers and move pallets from receiving floor to assigned locations on the racks or to temporary locations.
• Consolidate pallets to organize warehouse space and increase/improve space utilization
• Receive and distribute products or packages throughout facility
• Assist with loading shipments for outbound trucks
• Verify inventory, cycle count products to increase inventory accuracy
