As our Material Handler II, you’ll support HID’s success by: Complying with SOPs and work instructions related to job function. Being accountable for performance standards to ensure output positively contributes to area specific KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost). Participating in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Working collaboratively with peers and internal customers. Setting up and operating a variety of automatic and semi-automatic machines. Conducting manual production operations as required. Performing daily 5s and PM of equipment and surrounding areas as required. Contributing to the culture of continuous improvement by looking for and communicating opportunities to improve performance. Proactively logging and escalating potential issues in order to minimize safety, quality, delivery issues and / or operational inefficiencies. Participating in root cause, corrective / preventive action activities as required. Maintaining a personal training log though MyHID. Implementing of Help Desk Tickets both IT and Engineering based.
