Material Handler II
About The Position
Material Handler will perform the following responsibilities: Loads, unloads, and conveys materials within or near Fulfillment Center or work site and performs a combination of tasks under specific direction which may include shipping and/or receiving. Opens containers using hand tools: counts, weighs and samples materials and uses computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying and recording information. Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets and machines by hand: loads or unloads materials into or from trucks by hand. Conveys materials using forklift, electric dolly, or other devices: stacks or assembles materials: aids machine operators by lifting heavy objects by hand or by use of floor jack.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Atleast 5 years work related experience.
- Able to multi-task and work independently.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended period of time.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift certification a plus
