We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler II to support our stockroom operations. This role is responsible for the safe and accurate movement of materials throughout the facility, ensuring timely replenishment to manufacturing areas and maintaining inventory accuracy through system transactions and documentation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse, stockroom, or material handling roles.
  • Proficiency with RF scanners and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to lift and move materials safely.

  • Familiarity with inventory control practices and documentation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute material movements to support production schedules.
  • Perform physical and system-based transactions using RF scanners and ERP systems.
  • Replenish manufacturing areas and return unused materials to stock.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and parts preparation as needed.
  • Maintain bin organization and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
  • Dispose of scrap components and pull materials for purges.
  • Conduct cycle counts and verify inventory accuracy.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all material movements are properly documented and verified.
