Here, we make the essential lab plastics that help drive breakthroughs in vaccines, biologic therapies, and diagnostic kits. This campus is also the manufacturing site for Thermo Fisher Scientific's Nalgene® labware and the Nalgene® reusable water bottles produced for global distribution. DESCRIPTION: This role is critical for the seamless operation of our online Ecommerce Store. Based in Lexington, you will be responsible for moving finished goods replenishment into the online store. This step is crucial for maintaining the flow of products and meeting delivery schedules. You will also pick finished goods and fulfill orders for our customers. This function is essential for maintaining a steady supply chain and ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled on time.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with occasional exposure to temperature variations
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
  • May require the use of personal protective equipment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers/forklifts)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the movement of finished goods into the online Ecommerce Store
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure timely replenishment of inventory in the online store
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in regular stock counts
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency
