Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Ability to read and interpret forms, reports, and instructions accurately
Basic computer literacy and experience with ERP or bar-coded inventory systems preferred
Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with heavier items
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE)

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification (if required)
1+ year of experience in material handling, shipping & receiving, or warehouse operations
Experience with inventory control, packaging, and assembly prep

Responsibilities

Safely distribute and transport materials throughout the facility and externally
Accurately process and maintain inventory, receiving, and shipping reports
Inspect incoming materials for damage and document exceptions on inbound freight BOL
Crate, package, and store materials according to OMS and multi-customer guidelines
Use bar code scanners and enter data accurately into the ERP system
Operate hand trucks, pallet jackets, and scales safely
Follow written and verbal instructions while cross-training in multiple departments
Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage and work areas following 5S principles
Perform other duties as assigned to support efficient warehouse operations
