Etna Supply is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Material Handler (Heavy Materials) to join our M&E Fire Protection team. This role is perfect for someone who’s comfortable working with heavy materials, operating large pieces of equipment, and playing a key part in keeping our yard and logistics running smoothly. This position is first shift, with availability required starting at 7:00 AM.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 100lbs and stay active throughout the day
  • Solid attention to detail and a knack for keeping things organized
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Forklift certification or willingness to become certified

Responsibilities

  • Safely receive, inspect, and organize large-diameter pipe and other industrial materials
  • Load and unload heavy products onto open-bed trucks using high-capacity forklifts and yard equipment
  • Prepare large-scale customer orders for shipment or scheduled pick-up
  • Operate industrial forklifts and other heavy-duty material handling equipment (training provided)
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records for high-volume materials
  • Keep the yard and warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards
  • Collaborate with the yard and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate loadouts
