Job Responsibilities: C Shift Scheduled is: Sunday/Monday 5:15pm-5:15am Friday/Saturday 5:15am-5:15pm Overtime often required Hourly rate starting at $23.76 (This job description in no way implies that these are the only duties to be performed in this position. Employees will be required to follow any other job-related instructions or to perform other job duties requested by their manager.)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work well with others and build positive relationships
  • Ability to meet production requirements
  • Ability to comprehend written instructions.
  • Continuous walking or standing
  • Lift 50 lbs
  • Repetitive motion

Responsibilities

  • To organize and stock all material requirements for production operations utilizing First In/First Out.
  • Ensure compliance with SWI for delivery routes.
  • Construct boxes for parts.
  • Check all full, acceptable boxes for proper bar code labels.
  • Load Part to the next stock location and ensure the accuracy of inventory in CMS.
  • Count and label all unused parts and return to the stock area.
  • Inspect/Accept parts per work instruction/ process book/ procedures to ensure correct quantity, quality, and racking.
  • Recommend proposals for improving production, processes, systems productivity, and work environment.
  • Aware of Safety, Health & Environmental policies.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Know and understand LMV Automotive Systems Quality Policy.
  • Follows and supports LMV Automotive Systems and Magna’s operating principles, including: a. Magna Employee Charter – Operating under its principles by treating all associates equally, fairly with dignity and respect. b. Open Door Policy – Solves issues with two-way, open, and friendly communication. c. 5S – Maintains and promotes good housekeeping by following the philosophy “Everything has a place. Everything in its place”. d. Safety First - Obey the plant’s safety rules and procedures by wearing PPE at all times and immediately addressing all safety concerns.
