The position involves performing warehouse work related to receipt, shipment, storage or distribution of product. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, moving or storing product according to delivery or routing documents or supervisor instructions, and performing partial pallet distribution as needed. The use of gas or electric powered forklift to move product in a safe manner is required.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Six months+ of experience in a finished goods warehouse is preferred.
• Must have ability to become certified as a forklift operator.

Responsibilities

• Receive/ship product from multiple locations using proper warehouse procedures.
• Perform partial pallet distribution as needed.
• Operate gas or electric powered forklift to move product in a safe manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Correctly load LTL, FTL, and rail shipments using air bags and spacers to arrive damage free.
• Perform cycle counts to meet weekly KPI requirements.
• Ensure food safety and quality protocols are followed.
