The position involves monitoring and reviewing supplies such as stretch wrap, boxes, trays, colorant, and pallets. The individual will be responsible for checking all machines to ensure they have sufficient color and material. Additionally, the role requires inspecting forklifts (both LPG and Electric) before use, following a specific checklist or using a phone app. The employee will also need to remove full pallets and boxes from machines, stretch wrap, and label each pallet accordingly. The use of a pallet jack may be required in certain situations, and there may be instances where labels need to be affixed to appropriate cases. Maintaining and removing all boxes, cardboard, pallets, conveyors, and water tanks as needed is also part of the job. The individual must ensure that electric forklifts are equalized and will need to bring all scrap boxes of plastic material to the grinding area. Assisting in preplanning jobs and performing color or material changes as necessary is expected. The employee will move all production to the hold area or PRSTG area using an RF scan gun and perform other duties as required. Maintaining full water conveyors is also part of the responsibilities. The role requires performing necessary training of personnel and effective communication to build teams. Computer literacy is essential for maintaining training records as needed.
