About the position
The Material Handler position at Federal Express Corporation involves handling packages and ensuring their safe and efficient movement within the facility. Responsibilities
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs. without assistance and maneuver heavier packages using appropriate equipment.
- Walk and stand for designated work hours.
- Bend and squat for designated work hours.
- Maneuver packages above shoulder level and in enclosed spaces.
- Stack packages above one's head if required.
- Work in all weather conditions as required.
- Climb stairs and ladders if required.
- Complete all basic and re-currency training.
- Communicate effectively in a noisy operations environment.
