Job Description You will perform the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped. Post weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment. Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. May prepare kitting packages for assembly production. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and work onsite in Mequon, WI, M-F 6:00am to 2:30pm.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Responsibilities

  • Use documented work instructions and manufacturing execution systems to receive parts.
  • Handle moderately difficult assignments and processes.
  • Operate multiple Powered Industrial Vehicles to load, unload, and transfer materials and finished products.
  • Apply advanced process knowledge as a experienced specialist, using judgment and initiative to lead systemic improvements.
  • Assemble product, deliver material to production areas, remove waste, and transports finished goods on a scheduled route.
  • Help with changeovers, provide tools and materials, and support standard work to maintain production flow.
  • Places reorder requests for floor stock and bulk materials.
  • Review documentation and uses SAP/external systems to prioritize materials and finished goods for production and shipping.
  • Provide documentation support, materials administration, and general process support.
  • Perform data entry, troubleshoot discrepancies, and manage cycle counts.
  • Support training and onboarding by developing and updating training curriculum.
  • Work overtime as an essential function of the role, typically averaging 8 hours per week, with actual hours varying.
