The role involves providing work stations with necessary raw materials to ensure production runs as scheduled, thereby minimizing scrap and eliminating potential downtime. The position also requires monitoring the operation of dryers and vacuums, blending raw materials per work order specifications, and assisting in scrap reduction by ensuring accuracy in production processes. Additionally, the role includes grinding and blending scrap raw materials to established standards to minimize environmental impact and maximize recycling outcomes. Cleaning and maintaining equipment to avoid contamination of raw materials is also a key responsibility.
