The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us. Meet the Team : Responsible for executing various material handling duties, including receiving, put away, picking, and shipping. This role involves processing inbounds and outbounds on the dock and in the racks, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of materials. The position requires adherence to safety protocols, operation of material handling equipment, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You administer company policies that directly affect team members and supporting employees. You work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. You network with senior internal and external colleagues in your area of expertise. You work on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors. You understand that erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will cause delays in schedules or work products. You provide direct supervision to individual contributors and/or support individual contributors/matrix reports. You act as an advisor to units or sub-units and may become actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problems. You manage people responsibilities including hiring, terminations, performance reviews, career development coaching, and compensation decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a material handling role.
  • 1+ year of experience in a cGMP environment.
  • 2+ years utilizing PTL/Oracle ERP/High Jump WMS or 3+ years of experience completing transactions in other PTL/ERP/WMS systems.
  • 1+ year of experience operating electric-powered material handling equipment.
  • Basic computer data entry skills.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to obtain a forklift certification.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Class C license and clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of or experience in 5S/lean/six sigma environment
