Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Forklift certification.
  • Valid and current Driver's License required

Responsibilities

  • Process carrier receipts performing both physical and visual inspection of product and documentation. Noting any carrier exceptions of damage or missing packages.
  • Perform System receiving transactions noting all received materials match supplier manifest /packing list and D365 open Purchase order. Communicate to CE Purchasing and supplier of any or all discrepancies. File documentation daily.
  • Maintain warehouse in orderly fashion. Ensuring all stock is accurately stored same day received. All product correctly faced and labelled.
  • Utilize hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move material to, from trucks or trains, and within the storage facility.
  • Load and unload materials in the warehouse or storage facility.
  • Pull, pack, label, and ship product to ensure safe, secure, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain shipping files
  • Process orders in Microsoft D365 accurately, efficiently, and on time.
  • Check sales, transfer order records, and run reports to determine shipment needs.
  • Use carriers shipping systems including opening and closing daily shipment records.
  • Order shipping supplies including bags, boxes, labels shrink and bubble wrap
  • Select freight carriers when required.
  • Coordinate international shipments and documentations
  • Perform Daily inventory cycle counts with first pass accuracy of 99%
  • Audit and perform recounts of cycle counts.
  • Identify and escalate any issues that need to be addressed in order to correct any errors.
  • Serve on-call (24 hours/day, at least 7 days/month) as assigned to respond to emergencies and other order and shipping needs.
  • Must be within a reasonable commute distance of the worksite and must carry and answer their mobile phones while on-call.
  • Maintain D365 warehouse default locations
  • Maintain D365 Item master attributes including HTS code, ECCN, size dimensions, weights
  • Create international export documentation and complete reporting requirements.
  • Create spreadsheet reports as needed
  • Other duties as assigned.
