About The Position

Eastern Metal Supply has immediate openings for experienced and reliable Warehouse Professionals that can safely operate a forklift, pull and bundle orders and load/unload trucks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, check, measure and unload material
• Examine material for deterioration and defects, report findings
• Input material data into computer system and assign location
• Picking and pulling multi line orders
• Staging and loading orders onto trucks
• Operate a standup 4 Directional Raymond forklift
• Perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Read a tape measure
• Stand for extensive periods of time
• Must be able to bend, reach upwards or outwards, twist, turn around and climb up
• Perform job tasks repetitiously at a very fast pace
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance
• Lift heavy objects, 50-75 lbs. with and without assistance
