We are seeking an experienced Material Follow-Up Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be supporting Paslin program teams by ensuring timely delivery of all parts and materials required for production. This position is responsible for daily supplier engagement, monitoring open purchase orders, updating delivery information, and proactively resolving material issues. When necessary, the analyst will visit supplier sites to validate supplier actions support their delivery commitments, and to develop recovery plans when necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in materials, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Good communication skills (email, phone, in-person)
• Proficiency with basic computer systems (ERP/MRP systems a plus)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Nice To Haves

• Experience with inventory or material management systems
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and procurement processes
• Familiarity with manufacturing, construction, or project-based environments
• Ability to read material lists, BOMs, or purchase orders

Responsibilities

• Track material orders from purchase through delivery and receipt
• Follow up with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor material availability against project or production schedules
• Identify and resolve material shortages, backorders, and delivery delays
• Maintain accurate records of material status, lead times, and inventory movements
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and project teams
• Verify material receipts and report discrepancies or damages
• Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels and usage trends
• Provide regular status updates and reports to management
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation requirements
