About The Position

At Qnergy, material flow isn’t a back-office function—it’s the backbone of production. We’re looking for a Material Flow Manager who owns the floor, keeps inventory tight, and makes sure production never waits on parts. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows warehouses, understands manufacturing pressure, and can run a disciplined, accountable team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 8–10 years of hands-on warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience as a Material Flow Manager, Materials Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong background in shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
  • Experience with inventory management and supply chain systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing/inventory software.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with leaders and frontline teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to juggle priorities without losing control.
  • Confident people leader who builds accountability and trust on the floor.
  • Clear communicator—written, verbal, and practical.
  • Solid math skills and comfort with data, counts, and reconciliations.
  • Strong computer skills across everyday business tools and systems.
  • On-your-feet role in a manufacturing and warehouse setting.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
  • Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily workflow for the warehouse and material flow team.
  • Own receiving, logistics, line replenishment, inventory control, and storage operations.
  • Ensure production lines have the right materials, at the right time, every time.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy across all Qnergy locations—no excuses.
  • Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety to optimize layout and space utilization.
  • Run weekly team and cross-functional meetings to surface issues and drive solutions.
  • Build, document, and enforce material management and control procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and adjust proactively to meet production demands.
  • Drive safety and quality compliance in partnership with EHS and Quality teams.
  • Assign work and manage priorities to protect on-time delivery to the line.
  • Track certifications and training; keep the team current and qualified.
  • Partner with HR to document performance and lead performance improvement plans when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to materials management.
  • Monitor tools and equipment, coordinate maintenance, and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and storage environment.
