Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance Work Schedule: Onsite, Full-time, Monday–Friday Role Overview: In this role, you will coordinate and expedite the acquisition, movement, and delivery of materials, parts, and equipment to meet project schedules and contractual requirements. You will track purchase orders, communicate with vendors and internal teams, and resolve supply chain issues to minimize delays. You will ensure material status is accurately documented and reported to support project execution. Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
  • Critical Thinking Skills
  • Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed
  • Experience tracking and expediting material orders through procurement and delivery cycles
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Familiarity with inventory management and ERP systems
  • Skilled in maintaining accurate material status reports and documentation
  • Experience resolving supply chain and logistics issues proactively
  • Knowledge of government procurement and contracting processes preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Relevant certifications in supply chain or logistics a plus
  • 3–5 years of experience in material expediting, logistics, or supply chain roles
  • Prior experience supporting DoD or Federal Government contracts preferred
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of government procurement and contracting processes preferred
  • Relevant certifications in supply chain or logistics a plus
  • Prior experience supporting DoD or Federal Government contracts preferred
