Anduril is seeking an experienced Material Coordinator to join the supply chain team at the Composite Manufacturing facility in Raleigh, NC. A successful candidate will be responsible for all material movements, both digitally and physically, from the dock to the production floor. You will need to responsibly, precisely, and accurately manage inventory. You will provide service and support to cross-functional stakeholders within the production environment. The Supply Chain Materials Coordinator will oversee material coordination activities within the Anduril NC Composites Manufacturing Facility.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production
  • Develop and maintain an inventory tracking system to optimize stock levels
  • Ensure NetSuite and other tools are aligned with Inventory Actuals
  • Perform monthly cycle counts
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain Manager and Production Planner to forecast material requirements
  • Align material planning with production schedules and project timelines
  • Oversee the logistics of material delivery to Production/Shop; ensuring timely transport
  • Monitor & maintain SLOC (Service Locations) for raw material
  • Identify and implement improvements in material handling and storage procedures
  • Utilize Lean principles to minimize waste and increase efficiency
  • Generate regular reports on material usage, waste, and cost savings
  • Analyze trends to predict future material needs and prevent shortages
  • Lead and develop a team of materials associates
  • Foster a collaborative environment focused on achieving Supply Chain goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or other warehouse management and inventory control tooling
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent office management tooling
  • Familiarity with Inventory Management through lot/serial/batch tracking
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years forklift experience and license
  • Previous experience with management of government property & inventory management
  • Experience working in the defense/aerospace industry
  • Experience packaging and handling hazardous shipments
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to adapt in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively
