About The Position

Material Flow & Inventory Accuracy Maintain inventory accuracy by performing physical counts and executing transactions in Oracle. Reconcile discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues to the Planner/Buyer or Supervisor. Order materials as defined by the Planner/Buyer and ensure timely replenishment. Transfer inventory between receiving, production, MRB, and distribution center locations. Support material planning activities, policy deployment, and execution of material‑related plans. Participate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material flow, reduce waste, and improve process reliability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in materials, inventory, or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and perform physical material handling tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a Lean or continuous improvement manufacturing environment preferred.
• Prior experience with material flow, Kanban systems, or replenishment processes strongly preferred.
• Experience working with Oracle or similar ERP systems preferred.
