About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock. Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials. Track material usage and update inventory management systems. Work closely with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure proper documentation of material movements. Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and project teams. Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Food Safety Responsibilities Comply with all company food safety and quality assurance procedures at all times. Ensure all work product contact surfaces are restored to sanitary condition after any job completion. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field). 2+ years of experience in materials coordination, inventory control, or supply chain. Proficiency in inventory management software or ERP systems. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of procurement and warehouse procedures. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient with Microsoft Office -- MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
