Material Coordinator – JLL What this job involves: The Material Coordinator executes all warehouse operations related to shipping, receiving, storing, delivering, transferring, reconciling, and cycle counting materials in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and regulatory standards. This role operates across multiple systems and sites within a pharmaceutical/biotechnology environment, serving as a critical link in maintaining product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Success in this position requires a hospitality mindset focused on delivering exceptional workplace experiences, strong collaborative abilities, effective communication with diverse stakeholders, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities with accuracy while adapting quickly to resolve operational challenges. What your day-to-day will look like: Execute critical warehouse operations including shipping/receiving, storing, delivering, transferring, reconciling, and cycle counting materials per cGMP procedures and regulations across multiple systems and sites Ensure materials are received, stored, and distributed according to cGMP, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and other applicable regulations and specifications Perform GMP activities following approved procedures with accurate documentation according to cGMP and GDP requirements Report risks and events immediately to ensure product safety, purity, quality, and effectiveness are never compromised Contribute to a safe workplace culture by ensuring all safety and environmental requirements are consistently met Participate in regulatory audit and inspection preparation activities to maintain compliance readiness Engage in Continuous Improvement initiatives, programs, and projects to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment with material/inventory management
  • Demonstrated aptitude to follow predetermined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and commitment to learning industry-specific documentation practices
  • Driver´s license
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology warehouse environment
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse inventory management systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices or demonstrated willingness to learn
  • Current forklift certification or ability to operate powered industrial vehicles
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong documentation abilities
