About The Position

The position involves coordinating and expediting the flow of parts and assemblies between sections or departments based on manufacturing department priorities. The individual will compile and maintain both manual and computerized records. Key responsibilities include organizing shop orders for kitting, ensuring timely starts via Bill of Materials (BOM), and maintaining accuracy in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The role also requires material retrieval, issuing materials per shop order, and maintaining the kitting area. Additionally, the individual will conduct quarterly cycle counts on primary and component parts, assemble job packs, and enter completed shop orders into the ERP system. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree with an emphasis in accounting and relevant experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Establishes priority based on FAB 'on time start'.
• Retrieves materials from receiving and primary operations.
• Maintains ERP accuracy within kitting.
• Issues materials per shop order.
• Organizes and maintains the kitting area.
• Conducts quarterly cycle counts on primary and component parts.
• Assembles and distributes job packs to the processing area.
• Enters completed shop orders into the ERP system.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
