The Lead Supervisor is expected to work closely with Plant Manager to ensure the following: Responsible for managing all operations: Inbound, outbound, claims processing, building maintenance. Deliver objectives related to Cost, Quality, Safety, Efficiency, Absenteeism. Maintain a positive working relationship with all stakeholders, including fair and consistent administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Supervise and develop material control supervisors. Responsible for all operations including, but not limited to: Safety, Denials, Quality, On-time delivery, Union Relationships, and Transportation. Inventory Management, Manage Budgets, Environmental/Facility Management, Operational Business Plans, Liaison for all external partners. This is an onsite position that will require flexibility including the ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends and holidays. There is no hybrid option for this position.
