The position involves inventory data analysis audits and adjustments to assure data integrity and accuracy utilizing Haggar information systems and inventory procedures.
Utilize multiple computer systems and inventory databases to audit inventory data integrity, investigate discrepancies, and solve problems in a timely manner.
Inventory data analysis utilizing project requirements, management directives, and corporate procedures to execute required course of action.
Preparation, publication and distribution of spreadsheets, reports and graphs compiled from systems information and/or manually obtained data.
Oral and written communication with employees, supervisors and managers.
Support direct labor and other duties assigned.
Collects, analyzes and interprets data from various sources to solve problems which require a professional level of knowledge in a specific discipline or designs relatively complex systems.
Follows a wide variety of standard procedures for making decisions or acting only to meet new conditions.
High school diploma or GED required.
At least one to three years of distribution/warehouse experience.
Personal computer skills utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to communicate clearly in English in person, in writing and on the phone.
Self-motivator.
Demonstrate an ability to calmly handle busy production demands and respectfully interact with co-workers to accomplish tasks and goals.
