This material clerk unpacker moves materials within a warehouse and completes other warehouse support tasks. Other main responsibilities include: 1, Performs various operations, including unloading, picking, packing, counting, and checking items to maintain inventory. 2, Operates hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other material handling equipment according to safety policies and procedures. 3, May view or input information into a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or other database. Requirements

  • Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • May require 0-1 year of general work experience.
  • Outstanding learning and communication ability
  • Microsoft Office savvy
  • Solid fire safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Follow the instructions of the production tasks and complete the production targets of this position as required.
  • Strictly adhere to the product quality standards, identify, segregate, and rework any non- conforming products to ensure the production of qualified products.
  • Perform standardized operations according to the process standards and reduce losses from defects.
  • Conduct self-inspections during the production process and provide timely feedback to the quality department and superiors.
  • Implement solutions and corrective/preventive measures for abnormalities.
  • Maintain a standard dress code and ensure the 6S practices at the workstation.
  • Comply with company regulations, procedures, and cultural activities, and follow management directives.
  • Actively participate in company training programs, master the responsibilities of the position, and operate equipment proficiently to complete production tasks on time.
  • Completion of other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
