About The Position

As a Material Associate II on the 2nd Shift, you will be responsible for accurately packing and preparing products for shipment according to company guidelines and customer specifications. You will work closely with the delivery assurance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of outgoing orders. Your role will involve keeping detailed records of inventory, shipments, and any discrepancies to ensure proper stock levels and traceability. You will also complete and manage all necessary shipping documentation, including labels, packing slips, and shipping manifests. Additionally, you will assist with periodic inventory counts and audits to verify stock levels and ensure accuracy. Maintaining an organized and clean work area while adhering to safety protocols and procedures is essential to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations.
  • Typically requires a high school diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
