The Matchday & Events Assistant plays a key role in bringing Sounders FC, Reign FC, and Defiance matches—and their related events—to life. This dynamic position supports matchday operations, fan engagement, and game presentation across all three clubs, as well as various community events throughout the Greater Seattle area. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional fan experiences, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are eager to step in wherever needed. This role focuses on in-stadium programs and initiatives that align with club values and partner objectives. As brand ambassadors, Matchday & Events Assistants help create unforgettable moments, ensuring every fan interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, teamwork, and community.
