About The Position
Workout Anytime Lanham is looking for an energetic and passionate Mat Pilates Instructor to join our team! We are seeking someone who is motivated, reliable, and dedicated to helping members improve their strength, flexibility, and overall wellness in a supportive group environment.
Requirements
- Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat certification required)
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for health and fitness
Nice To Haves
- Previous group fitness instruction experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and safe Mat Pilates classes for members of all fitness levels
- Provide clear instruction, modifications, and proper form guidance
- Create a positive and welcoming class atmosphere
- Arrive on time and be prepared with structured class plans
- Build relationships with members and encourage class participation
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space
