This position is part of the Integrated Behavioral Health department and follows its regional policies and procedures. It is designed to provide advanced training and clinical supervision to master's level trained mental health professionals to meet the requirements for clinical supervision hours needed to be eligible to obtain a clinical license. Under supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, or a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, provides mental health and/or addiction triage, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and crisis intervention services for adult and/or child members who present themselves for evaluation with a broad range of psychiatric or addiction related mental health needs. Under supervision, may collaborate with treating primary care providers and with psychiatric, addiction medicine, and allied health professional team members to plan and direct each individual patient's treatment program.
