HRI Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Coordinator for the Stride Partial Hospitalization Program. This is a Monday through Friday salaried position, and it is eligible for a competitive sign-on bonus. The Stride Program at HRI Hospital offers both Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). These services provide short-term care through a group therapy program that addresses the mental health needs of emerging adults between the ages of 18 and 24. Common issues faced by participants include adjusting to adulthood, low tolerance for stress, mood instability, anxiety, depression, effects from trauma, low self-esteem, and co-occurring addictions. The group therapy curriculum includes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Expressive Therapy. Participants attend group therapy sessions, meet with a clinician for individualized counseling and case management needs, and consult with a psychiatric prescriber for medication management. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for conducting biopsychosocial assessments, leading therapy groups, documenting clients' treatment, completing diagnostic assessments, providing crisis intervention, managing the milieu, and offering clinical support and observation of clinical interns. HRI Hospital is a 62-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs.
